The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 226 of 2018, Special Case No. 8126 of 2018 for the offences under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that in the instant case approximately 3 Ltr. Mahua wine was recovered in three (Jar) on the road side. He submits that the petitioner has no concern with either wine or the place from where the wine was recovered.
Considering the totality of the facts situation, let the
