This is an application for bail in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 173 of 2017, G.R. No. 17 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8-20(b) (II) (A) of N.D.P.S. Act.

Allegation is of recovery of 15 kg. ganja from the possession of the petitioner and other co-accused. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.9.2017.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that there is recovery of 15 kg. ganja, which is quite more than small

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61437 of 2017 (3) dt.11-01-2018 2/2 quantity, prayer for bail is rejected.
