2. Following is the relief sought for in the present writ application:- "A. For issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the Respondents to consider and decide the objections/complaints submitted by the Petitioner dated 02.09.2025 and 19.09.2025 and 19.09.2025 in accordance with Clause 5.2 of the Technical Bid Assessment Committee's decision dated 01.09.2025;

Patna High Court CWJC No.17123 of 2025(3) dt.20-07-2026 2/2 B. For issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s), or direction(s) in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the Respondents to stay the opening of financial bids of other technically successful bidders until the Petitioner's objections are duly considered.

C. Pass such other Order/Orders as your Lordships may deem fit and proper."

3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the tender process in question has already been completed as a work order has already been issued in favour of one successful bidder.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is of the view that the present writ application has become infructuous and no further order is required to be passed in the present matter.

5. Accordingly, the present writ application stands disposed of as having become infructuous.

6. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
