JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 631 of 2018, disclosing offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of committing theft of ornaments of Rs.1,50,000/- and cash of Rs.5,000/- from the house of the informant.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and she was working as a Maid and she is a lady and ready to abide by any condition imposed on her. Further submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78625 of 2018(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sheikhpura, in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 631 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This is further subject to the condition that she will cooperate in investigation of the case and will appear as and when required by the police, otherwise her bail bonds shall be cancelled.
