2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.2144 of 2024(2) dt.28-07-2025 2/2 "I) For issuance of an appropriate order, direction or writ in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the respondents to enquire into the matter in accordance with concerned provisions, in the light of order dated 26.09.2023 (Annexure-p/s) passed by Sub-Divisional Public Complaint Redressal Officer, Sub-Division Office, Dalsinghsarai, DistrictSamastipur in pursuance of application given by the petitioner and cancel the Arms Licence of Respondent No.12 and 13.

(ii) For further issuance of an appropriate order, direction or writ for providing security for safety of petitioner and his family members life and property."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition.

4. The learned counsel for the State has no objection to the same.

5. Permission is accorded.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
