The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Maner P.S.Cae no.425 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 304(B), 2201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner no,.1 is the Chachera Sasur (cousin father-inlaw) and the petitioner no.2 is the Chachera Dewar (cousin brother-in-law) of the deceased. The case is of dowry death. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that nothing specific has been attributed against any of the them and they are distant relatives.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78622 of 2018(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Miss Nutan Kumari, J.M. 1st Class, Danapur in connection with Maner P.S.Case no.425 of 2018 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition to co-operate in the investigation.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
