Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chandi (Wena) P.S.Case No.145/2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, there is dispute with respect to playing D.J., in which the petitioner and other accused persons assaulted the informant . Further allegation is that next day while he was coming from Bazar, he was again assaulted by the petitioners and others.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties as the dispute arose with respect to playing D.J. and the there is no

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the2019 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Chandi (Wena) P.S.Case No.145 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
