The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Nawada Town PS case no. 638 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 431, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners is regarding them and other accused persons assaulting the informant after altercation took place for filling up soil regarding the land of the informant. It is submitted that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature and injuries sustained by the informant are simple in nature. As far as the criminal antecedent is concerned, the petitioners are

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61727 of 2017 (3) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 accused in one case in which they are on bail. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks before the concerned court, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Nawada Town PS case no. 638 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure.
