The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Yogapatti P.S. Case No. 39 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the entire case and allegation is false and fabricated and the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. rather his name surfaced in this case on the basis of self confession before the police. Moreover, nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65347 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 rotting in judicial custody since 21.08.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Yogapatti P.S. Case No. 39 of 2019.
