The petitioner is challenging the order dated 19.11.2017 (Annexure-28) from which it appears that the petitioner at the time of filing the application has attached the certificate issued by T.S. College, Hisua and when a final time came for selection he has attached the certificate issued by the Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj University, Kanpur and the certificate attached along with the application was found to be a forged and fabricated document.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18258 of 2017 (4) dt.04-09-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when the petitioner was having a genuine certificate there was no question for attaching the certificate which was called to be a forged and fabricated document. It has been done by certain person who has inimical term with the petitioner. These are disputed question of fact but finding has recorded by the Collector that the petitioner has attached the certificate along his application for the selection issued from office of T.S. Collee, Hisua which was found to be forged and fabricated document. In such circumstances, again submission of certificate itself depicts the manner the petitioner has tried to mislead the institution for selection. This Court does not find any merit in this writ petition. It is accordingly dismissed.
