2. The petitioner who happens to be husband of the O.P. No.2 is apprehending his arrest in connection with Akorhi Gola P.S. Case No. 33 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was duly considered by this Court on 17.04.2025. Considering the matrimonial dispute and family discord in the parties, with their
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76509 of 2024(4) dt.19-05-2025 2/2 consent, in order to resolve the dispute amicably through the mediation process, the matter was sent to the Patna High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. However, the O.P. No.2 did not choose to appear in mediation on several dates fixed by the learned Mediator resulting into failure on resolving the dispute.
4. Considering the materials available on record as also the fact that the petitioner is a daily wage labour and he is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity but it is the O.P. No.2, who did not want to join the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Akorhi Gola P.S. Case No. 33 of 2024, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, with further condition that one of the bailors shall be the own/close family members of the petitioner.
