JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2019 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chapra Rail P.S.Case No. 197 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 306 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner No.1 is 'Gotni' and petitioner No.2 is 'Bhaisur' of the deceased and allegation is of demand of dowry and cruelty.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners and they are ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed on them.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78273 of 2018(2) dt.07-01-2019 2/2 circumstances, let petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonpur, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Chapra Rail P.S.Case No. 197 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and further condition is that petitioners have to cooperate in investigation, otherwise their bail bonds shall be cancelled.
