Petitioner is accused in connection with Yogapatti P.S. Case No. 564 of 2018 registered under Section 379 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Further submission is that the name of the petitioner has come in the self confession and nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64825 of 2019(2) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Yogapatti P.S. Case No. 564 of 2018.
