JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 452 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 406, 420, 504, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation as per F.I.R. is that the complainant has purchased 82 decimal lands from one Sadanand Rishi after paying the full consideration money and only 12 decimal land has been shown to be sold to him and rest of the lands shown to be sold to other person and the petitioner is mediator. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the main allegation is against one Sadanand Rishi, but he has not been made accused and the petitioner is only a mediator. Further submitted that other co-accused having similar allegation has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78305 of 2018(2) dt.08-01-2019 2/2 Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60593 of 2018.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Purnea, in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 452 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) Amjad/- U T
