Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, one stolen Bolero and one stolen pick-up van have been recovered by the Police. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of confessional statement of one of the coaccused persons. No stolen or any incriminating article has been recovered from his possession or premises.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72138 of 2022(2) dt.23-03-2023 2/2 before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Siwan Muffasil P.
