The petitioner seeks bail in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 83 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section366A of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that she persuaded the daughter of the informant to flee away along with co-accused Prakash Patel for the purpose of marriage. The petitioner is in custody since 12-06-2017. Investigation is already complete. Considering the aforesaid facts as well as this fact that the petitioner is a widow, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty
