The petitioner seeks bail in Economic Offence P.S. Case No.01 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 466, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 01.11.2017 and the petitioner in pursuance of the aforesaid order, surrendered in the court below on 08.01.2018 and since then he is in custody. It is submitted that no interpolation was made by the petitioner in para-3 of the petition i.e. Cr. Misc. No.22299 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and also that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14974 of 2018 (3) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 petitioner did not make any interpolation in the petition filed for grant of bail of Nagina Rai, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Patna, in connection with Economic Offence P.S. Case No.01 of 2016.
