The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 209 of 2018, registered under Sections 498(A), 323, 315, 316 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The accusation is of torturing of the complainant/O.P. No.2 by her husband and in-laws due to nonfulfillment of demand of gold chain, while she stayed at her matrimonial house and gave birth of male issue, but there was

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72239 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 no improvement in the behaviour of his in-laws. In the meanwhile, she, again, conceived pregnancy, but she was ousted from her matrimonial house.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant/O.P. No.2 and they have falsely been implicated in this case only to give undue pressure.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Complaint P.S. Case No. 209 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
