2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that daughter of informant was married to co-accused Rahul in the year 2010, but after marriage she was tortured and assaulted by her in-laws members. It is further alleged that out of the wedlock, three children were born. It is next alleged that on 19.02.2024 the deceased victim had a hot talk with her mother-in-law and on 20.02.2024 at about 11.20 AM, the informant got an information that her daughter has received electric shock and accordingly she went to the matrimonial home of her daughter, but by then, the dead body of her daughter was cremated near a primary school.

4. Petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that entire allegation, as alleged in the F.I.R., is false and concocted. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with the affairs of the deceased. In fact, the deceased died due to electric shock. Allegations are vague and ambiguous in nature without any specific date, time and manner of occurrence. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 21.10.2024. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the period of custody and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VII, Aurangabad / concerned Court in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024.
