The petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2017 in connection with Hasanpura P.S. Case No. 70 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act. Mr. Y. V. Giri, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and has remained in custody for 7 months. He submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused Sudhir Kumar has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.12.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62082 of 2017. No.63494 of 2017 (2) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, Rosera in connection with Sessions Trial No. 666 of 2017, arising out of Hasanpura P.S. case no. 70 of 2017 with the condition that the bailors would be the family members of the petitioner.
