JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-09-2018 The petitioner herein, i.e., the Nagar Parishad, Dhaka has prayed for extension of the time granted by this Court by an order dated 15.03.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No.4162 of 2018 for disposing of the ongoing departmental proceeding. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that at the time when the writ petition was disposed of, no Empower Standing Committee was in existence. However, recently the election has been held and the Empower Standing Committee has been constituted, hence the time granted by this

Patna High Court MJC No.2706 of 2018 (4) dt.19-09-2018 2/2 Court for completion of the departmental proceeding be extended by further four months.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as also the ground taken in the present modification petition, the time granted for computing the departmental proceeding is extended by a period of three months from today. The modification petition is allowed.
