A minor, Raja Kamkar was apprehended while carrying 19 Kilograms and 400 Gms of Ganja, by the informant and his party. On interrogation, aforesaid Raja Kamkar disclosed that he was mere a career. Petitioner Santosh Paswan happens to be it owner.
From the self statement, it is evident that there happens to be no discloser at the end of informant with regard to presence of petitioner at the spot/escaped therefrom and is under custody since 28.04.2017, on account thereof, petitioner Santosh Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Muzaffarpur in Muzaffarpur Rail PS Case No. 39 of 2017.
