The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kahalgaon (Shivnarayanpur) P.S. Case No. 263 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 353, 307, 341, 323 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific allegation is attributed to the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 22.07.2019.
