2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 17.07.2017 passed in CWJC No. 10515 of 2008.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no. 4, Annexure-A whereof being an order dated 09.05.2018 discloses

Patna High Court MJC No.822 of 2018 dt.05-09-2018 2/2 that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.

4. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 822 of 2018 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case she is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, she may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
