2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 343, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the I.P.C. and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the informant boarded the train. Four persons started firing on him due to which he sustained injuries on his leg and also due to that firing, one female passenger sustained injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the name of this petitioner is not there in the FIR. His name has surfaced in the confessional statement of one Pinchu Kumar.

Case No.30943 of 2022. The case of this petitioner stands on better footing. The petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2024.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur (Khusrupur) P.S. Case No. 66 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court of Judicial Magistrate, Patna, District-Patna.
