2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are granted privilege of anticipatory bail vide aforesaid order and it has been mentioned in the order that in the event of arrest or surrender before the court concerned within a period of eight weeks from the date of order, they were to be released on bail. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioners are daily wage labourers in a construction company under contractor and since the due wages were not paid by the constructor, the petitioners could not come in time to surrender before the learned court below. Learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2410 of 2024(2) dt.19-01-2024 2/2 counsel further submits that the time for surrender may be extended for further four weeks.

3. Considering the submissions and the averments made in the modification petition, the time for surrender is further extended by 16.02.2024.

4. The order dated 14.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29189 of 2023 is modified to the extent indicated above.
