Petitioner is accused in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 369 of 2019 registered under Sections 22, 27 and 29 of the N.D.P.S.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. Further submission is that the alleged recovery is of small quantity. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions
