Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 73 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 32, 41 and 37(b) of the Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal history. Petitioner is in custody since 16.08.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Case No. 73 of 2019.
