The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Karjain PS Case No.93/17 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of Bihr Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

There is recovery of 03 ltrs. of liquor from a motorcycle, which is said to be of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the motorcycle is registered in the name of one Pramod Kumar.

Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail..

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.64716 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, this application is dispersed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court and if possible to be disposed of on the same day.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of .
