The petitioners seek bail in connection with Rampur Chauram P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that specific allegation has been levelled against the co-accused, namely, Patel Singh. From perusal of Postmortem report, it appears that no injury has been found on the deceased. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and in custody since

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Arwal in connection with Rampur Chauram P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019.
