Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 255 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65441 of 2023. learned counsel has produced web copy of the aforesaid order. Let it be kept on record. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75805 of 2023(2) dt.01-12-2023 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 255 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
