2.The petitioners have questioned selection of Respondent No.7 as Anganbari Sevika at Center No. 899 of Ward No.12 of Gram Panchayat Raj, Manikpura, Block Baniyapur, in the District of Saran. The selection for the post of Anganbari Seviak is made in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Directorate of I.C.D.S, Social Welfare Department, Government of Bihar through letter No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.21821 of 2019(2) dt.08-01-2020 2/2 ICDS/40010/10-2017 286 dated 27.05.2019, which prescribes grievance redressal forum in the matter of selection of Anganbari Sevika/Sahaiyika, in Clause II and 12.

3. The petitioners shall be at liberty to avail the same as prescribed under the guidelines issued by the Welfare Department, Government of Bihar in its letter dated 27.05.2019.
