2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 379, 307, 504/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of the occurrence, on the order of the petitioner, co-accused persons assaulted the informant with farsa and lathi and when his wife came in rescue, she was also assaulted by the accused persons. Petitioner snatched gold chain from the neck of the informant.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that from the narration of the FIR itself it is evident that the petitioner at best be called the order giver and no specific overt act has been alleged against him. Snatching of gold chain is ornamental.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate X or In charge successor Court, Siwan in Basantpur Lakdi Nabignj OP Police Station Case No. 348 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
