Learned counsel representing the Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga has filed a show cause on behalf of respondent no. 3. It is stated therein that now even admitted group insurance amount with 12.5% compound interest which comes out to be Rs. 2,17,067/- has been released vide Cheque No. 082079 dated 26.04.2018. It is further stated that the
Patna High Court MJC No.3644 of 2017 (6) dt.03-05-2018 amount & D.D.A. with 9% interest has also been released. Learned counsel submits that the order of which contempt has been alleged has been fully complied with.
In the aforesaid view of the matter, the contempt application is hereby dropped.
