JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lakhnaur P.S. Case No. 184 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that there was a theft in the house of informant and it is alleged that some stolen articles were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner is that he has no criminal antecedent and has falsely been made accused in this case and the recovered articles are general one and he has been in custody since 26.07.2019.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68422 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -I, Jhanjharpur, Lakhnaur, Madhubani, in connection with Lakhnaur P.S. Case No. 184 of 2019.
