The petitioner seeks bail in connection with G.O. Case No. 788 of 2019 arisen out of L.N.M.U. P.S Case No. 249 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 07.08.2019.
