JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; State and B.N. Mandal University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').

2. Affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University in the case indicating that either payments have been made or whatever remains shall be paid latest within two weeks from today.

3. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to file representation, if any further amount remains to be paid or if there are any discrepancies in payment under any head.

Having considered the matter, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the University to ensure that whatever remains unpaid is paid to the petitioner latest within three weeks from today. Further, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file detailed representation with regard to either remaining dues or there being discrepancy in payment under any head. If such a representation is filed within four weeks from today before the Registrar of the University, he shall look into the same and pass a reasoned order within four weeks from the date of filing of such representation. If it transpires that any further amount is required to be paid to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to him within four weeks from the date of passing of the order.
