The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 316 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a and 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 08.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

No.65352 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 316 of 2019.
