Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the defect pointed out in the connected M.J.C. No.2263 of 2017 could not be removed within the time as per the peremptory order dated 15.01.2018 and, therefore, the case was dismissed for default. He, however, expressed his regret for the inconvenience caused to the Court.

For the reasons stated in the restoration application, MJC No. 2263 of 2017 is restored to its original file. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the said defect within one week after summer vacation. The M.J.C. application thus stands disposed of. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U
