JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-06-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(a). To the Respondent No. 3, the Circle Officer, Kuchaikote, for the removal of encroachment, in pursuance to the final order dated 31.10.1997, passed in Encroachment Case No. 22/97-98; from Public Road (Plot No. 497, Village Chauraw), details of which has been stated in Para -3 of the Writ Application.

(b). And further for a direction to the Respondent No. - 3, the Circle Officer, Kuchaikote, to abort the freshly instituted Land Encroachment Case No. 57/2022-23, which has been instituted for the same Plot No. 497."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Respondent No. 2 i.e. the District Magistrate, Gopalganj, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate petition is filed by the petitioners before the Respondent No. 2, within a period of four weeks from today, the Respondent No. 2 shall look into the matter and try to resolve the issue in question forthwith.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
