JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-02-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of writ of mandamus commanding upon the respondents to enter into agreement in pursuance to the letter dated 25.03.2017 issued by the Deputy Chief Transporatation, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. Bihar,

Patna High Court CWJC No.715 of 2018 dt.21-02-2018 Patna (hereinafter referred to as "the BSFC") to the District Manager, Sitamarhi, BSFC for the transportation and handling work as petitioner was selected in the tender and was in waiting list.

(ii) For issuance of writ of mandamus commanding upon the respondents to take appropriate work from the petitioner as transportation and handling agent in terms of the letter dated 25.03.2017 issued by Deputy Chief Transport, BSFC, Patna.

(iii) For a direction to the respondent no. 3 (Vigilance Department) to enquire the entire matter regarding scam in the above transport issued and then take appropriate action.

(iv) For other reliefs which may be granted to the petitioner in the facts and circumstances of this case.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2017 (Annexure-11) filed before the Managing Director, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 4) is directed to be disposed of, in which event, the present writ petition need not be pressed on merits.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents appears and has been heard.

4. Having regard to the nature of the grievances and the stand of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a
