2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction upon the respondent authorities for proper investigation in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 71 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 427, 498(A), 324, 34 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. In view of the prayer made above, the petitioner is given liberty to approach the Superintendent of Police, Saran with a representation and if the Superintendent of Police, Saran finds substance in the representation of the petitioner, he will pass appropriate orders in this regard.
