No.1347 of 2014 dated 08.07.2015, the order dated 05.12.2017 (Annexure-4) cannot sustain and is accordingly quashed. However, the quashing of the order will not entitle the petitioner consequential relief and the claim of the petitioner for consequential relief will be taken by the respondents after verification of the certificate issued by the Navbharat Shiksha Parishad, Orissa.
