JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 04-07-2018 Learned counsel for the opposite parties have placed on record order dated 2.7.2018 (Annexure A to the show cause) passed by the Director, ICDS to submit that as the consequence of order dated 9.1.2018, passed in CWJC No. 22502 of 2014, the petitioner has been reinstated in service with effect from 18.1.2018. It has further been indicated that the consequential benefits shall also be payable to the petitioner. As the petitioner's grievance has already been redressed by opposite parties, no order need be passed in the contempt proceeding.

The instant case is accordingly disposed of (Madhuresh Prasad, J) Shashi.
