At the time of correction of the draft of the order dated 23.08.2024, from the writ petition we have noticed that 10th respondent's name was incorporated from the inception in CWJC No. 13658 of 2014, therefore, it is mistake on the part of the Registry in not typing the name of 10th respondent in the order dated 30.07.2019 passed in CWJC No. 13658 of 2014. Therefore, Registry is hereby directed to issue a fresh order dated 30.07.2019 passed in CWJC No. 13658 of 2014 while incorporating 10th respondent's name in the cause title and issue a certified copy to the petitioner's counsel within a period of one week from today.

Patna High Court L.P.A No.1285 of 2019(5) dt.30-08-2024 2/2 present LPA No. 1285 of 2019 stands recalled. The matter is required to be heard afresh.
