2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 354, 447, 379, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other co-accused alleged to have abused and assaulted the informant's side.

4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Specific allegation of assault is against co-accused Ranjeet Sah, who assaulted the informant by means of knife. There is no specific allegation against his petitioner. Police after

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72064 of 2025(3) dt.25-11-2025 2/2 investigation submitted the final form against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 19.08.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Khaira (Nagra O.P.) P. S. Case No. 166 of 2020.
