The petitioners filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondent No.4, the Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna to pass order in accordance with law on the proposal/recommendation made by the Headmaster of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.23707 of 2019(3) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 school after appointment of Assistant Teachers by the Managing Committee of the school on the sanctioned post in view of the provisions as contained in Section 8(2) of Bihar State NonGovernment Recognized Sanskrit School Teachers Service Conditions Rules, 2015.

Having considered the submission, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna to pass order in accordance with law on the proposal/recommendation of Managing Committee of the Primary-cum-Middle Sanskrit School, Belwari, Post-Kajrihat, District-Araria within one month.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
