Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Panapur PS Case no.148/19 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 30, 30 (a), 38 and41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
On information of manufacturing of the liquor, the police raided the Baghar and there is recovery of 35 ltrs. of countrymade liquor and some persons succeeded in fleeing away including the petitioner, whose name has been taken by the Chaukidar.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except that he was seen fleeing away, there is absolutely nothing against the petitioner and he has no criminal

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 11th ADJ, Saran, Chapra in connection with Panapur P.S.Case No.148 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
