2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the informant is a collection officer of Micro Finance Company. On 11.10.2019, when he was returning from Kalyanipur, two bikers came their, intercepted him and snatched his bag containing Rs.70-75 thousand.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the FIR was lodged against unknown miscreants. During course of investigation, the name of this petitioner is surfaced in this case on the basis of CDR location. It is further submitted that the place of occurrence and his village is same, as such, his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71849 of 2025(2) dt.13-10-2025 2/2 mobile location is found on the place. It has further been submitted that nothing has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. No TIP has been conducted. Charge-sheet has already been filed. The petitioner is having two criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 02.07.2025.

5. The learned APP has vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-7, Bhabhua in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No.366 of 2019.
