The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 170/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Section 272/273/34 of the IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that from beside his brickkiln certain illicit liquor was recovered. He further submits that the petitioner was neither present at the place of occurrence and he has nothing to do with the alleged recoveries. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event

No.65778 of 2019(3) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ II cum Special Judge, Excise, Gopalganj, in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 170/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
